Free TikTok Hook Generator for Product Videos

A product-video opening is easier to review when its words and first shot point to the same buyer question. Enter the product, a question, and a fact you can verify; the tool assembles five structures you can edit or discard.

Inputs stay in this browser. No account or paid API is required.

The tool takes a product name, buyer question, and verifiable product fact, then returns five labeled opening-and-first-shot structures. It runs from the values you enter, makes no live TikTok request, and does not predict virality, views, or sales.

What the generator uses and returns

Enter three required inputs: the product, one buyer question, and one fact you can verify. The browser applies fixed writing structures to those values and returns five labeled options, each with suggested first-shot direction. It does not call an AI model, look up trends, inspect your video, or send a prompt to a paid text service.

The output is an opening prompt, not a finished script. The product, question, and fact remain your responsibility; the tool cannot check whether they are true or appropriate for the actual product.

InputUse it forDo not enter
ProductName the item the viewer is considering.A brand or model that is not actually the product.
Buyer questionState one real question the video can answer.A fake customer quote or a question designed to imply an unsupported result.
Verifiable factProvide the exact product detail that the first shot can support.A claim copied from a supplier page that you have not checked or a result you have not tested.

Review the five opening structures

The tool’s fixed set includes question-first, detail-first, setup-first, fact-first, and buyer-check openings. Some products do not need setup, and not every fact can be demonstrated visually. Delete a structure when it does not fit instead of stretching the product to match it.

StructureOpening and first shotKeep it only if…
Question firstUse the supplied buyer question; show the product action that answers it.The question is accurate and the action is visible.
Show the detailName the detail worth checking; close in on the feature behind the supplied fact. The feature is actually present and the fact is supported.
Setup firstShow how the product is set up.The product really requires a setup step; otherwise remove this option.
Fact firstState the supplied fact; demonstrate that exact statement continuously under ordinary conditions. The wording matches the evidence and the footage does not hide a condition.
Buyer checkInvite the viewer to inspect one relevant part; show the part tied to the question. The part is relevant to the buyer’s decision and the phrasing is not false urgency.

Example with invented inputs

Illustrative tool example only; the details below are invented and are not claims about a real item. If the inputs were product = “folding desk basket,” question = “How does it fold for storage?” and fact = “The side panels fold inward,” a question-first output would ask that exact question and tell the seller to show the actual folding action. Before use, the seller would need to verify the fact against the product and decide whether the clip shows the full motion.

Check the line against the footage

Read the opening aloud while watching the first shot. The visual should show the subject or action the line promises. Remove claims about durability, safety, health, savings, or outcomes unless separate evidence supports those specific claims.

  • Does the question come from a real buyer need or a clearly labeled hypothesis?
  • Can you substantiate the product fact before publication?
  • Does the first shot show the relevant detail without hiding an important condition?
  • Would the sentence still be accurate if the product result is ordinary rather than exceptional?
  • Have you replaced copied creator wording and footage with your own expression and recording?

Know what a hook can and cannot establish

TikTok for Business’s Creative Codes describe a hook, body, and close as part of guidance for advertising creative. That is a platform advertising resource, not evidence that one opening will win organic distribution. This generator does not use performance data, select a trending sound, score hooks, or claim that an option will stop a scroll.

If the post promotes your own business or a third-party product or service, TikTok’s content-disclosure guidance says to enable the platform’s disclosure setting. This tool does not manage that setting.

Use the idea and filming guides for the next step

If you do not yet have a good buyer question, use the question-mining guide. If you already know the question but need a complete shot sequence, choose a recipe in the product-video ideas guide or open the product demo brief builder.

  • TikTok Creative CodesTikTok for Business describes hook/body/close as a structure for TikTok advertising creative; the page explicitly keeps that scope separate from organic performance. Checked 2026-10-12.
  • Promoting a brand, product, or service on TikTokTikTok’s current platform instructions for disclosure when a post promotes a creator’s own business or a third-party product or service. Checked 2026-10-12.

What this page can’t establish

  • This is a deterministic template tool, not an AI writer, live-trend lookup, video analysis, or performance score.
  • The generator cannot verify the user-entered product, question, or fact; review the output against the item and supporting evidence.
  • The five structures do not guarantee views, engagement, conversion, virality, or ranking.
  • TikTok’s cited hook/body/close guidance is about advertising creative and should not be treated as a result claim for organic posts.
