1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to DropScope at dropscope.org and its product research features. DropScope is operated by Siraj Muhammad (“DropScope,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use DropScope.
DropScope is a research tool for discovering and evaluating publicly available organic TikTok and Instagram content. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3. The service and research results
DropScope analyzes product information you submit, develops related search terms, searches supported social platforms through service providers, and ranks discovered posts using relevance and available performance information. Results depend on third-party availability, platform changes, and data those services expose. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate; they are research leads, not guarantees of performance, sales, or business outcomes.
DropScope links to original posts where available. It does not sell or grant rights to third-party posts, and you must review the original platform's terms and obtain any permissions needed before reusing content.
4. Your submissions
You retain rights you hold in product text, descriptions, and URLs you submit. You give us permission to process that information only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, including sending relevant product details to our AI and discovery providers to perform your requested scan. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
5. Trial, subscriptions, and scans
The free trial provides up to 3 Product Scans over 7 days, beginning with your first accepted scan. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. When the trial ends, you can still view existing research; to start new scans, choose and complete checkout for a paid plan. Paid plans renew at the selected billing interval until canceled. Prices, included scan allowances, and other plan limits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages before purchase. Unused monthly scans do not roll over. One accepted new product research session uses one scan; viewing existing results and saving posts do not.
Paddle processes checkout and subscription payments as our payment service provider. Review the plan, renewal interval, taxes, and total in Paddle Checkout before paying. Paid access and included allowances depend on payment confirmation and the active subscription status.
6. Cancellation and account closure
You may request cancellation by using the subscription-management link provided in Paddle billing communications or by contacting support@dropscope.org. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access generally continues through the already-paid billing period unless applicable law or Paddle's terms require otherwise. You can request account closure and deletion by contacting that address. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the terms of any third-party platform you access. You may not interfere with the service, evade limits or security controls, use it to harm others, or use results to violate another person's rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue a feature, impose reasonable usage limits, or suspend access to address security, legal, operational, or abuse concerns. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where practical. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
