Use the generator to normalize your own terms into candidate hashtags, remove duplicates, and keep a shortlist of up to 30. Check current TikTok trend data separately if freshness matters, and keep only tags that accurately describe the specific video.
Generate candidates from your own terms
Enter a product, category, customer problem, or optional hashtag on separate lines or separated by commas. The tool removes a leading #, keeps Unicode letters, digits, and underscores, lowercases each token, skips entries without a letter, truncates a token to 80 characters, de-duplicates the results, and stops at 30 candidates. Spaces, hyphens, and other punctuation are removed during normalization.
For example, the sample inputs “dog paw cleaner,” “muddy paws,” and “#DogPawCleaner” normalize to “#dogpawcleaner” and “#muddypaws”; the repeated product tag appears once. These labels are transformations of the sample words, not evidence that the tags are used or popular on TikTok.
| Entered term | Candidate | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| dog paw cleaner | #dogpawcleaner | Spaces removed and a leading # added. |
| muddy paws | #muddypaws | Spaces removed and a leading # added. |
| #DogPawCleaner | Duplicate skipped | The normalized token matches the first entry. |
Review accuracy before adding a tag
A normalized tag is only a candidate. Remove anything that does not fit the footage, product, or intended audience. The tool does not search posts, estimate counts, rank terms, or identify an emerging conversation, so it cannot tell whether a candidate is timely or relevant in actual TikTok search.
For current research, TikTok's Creative Center provides a separate Trends view. TikTok's help describes filters for industry and timeframe and analytics for trendlines, related videos, audience insights, regional popularity, and related hashtags. Those observations are time- and region-bound; they do not prove that using a tag will improve an organic post's result.
Empty and invalid input
Add at least one useful product, category, or problem term. Empty entries and punctuation-only or number-only tokens are skipped; if no token contains a Unicode letter, the tool reports that it needs a valid term. If more than 30 valid tags are entered, the output is capped, so narrow the list to the terms that truly describe the post.
Keep the final set concise enough to read and verify. This tool does not recommend a target tag count or promise more views, discovery, or sales.

What this page can’t establish
- The generator only normalizes user-entered terms; it does not query TikTok or access live or historical hashtag data.
- A candidate is not a trend, popularity estimate, keyword-demand measure, or reach recommendation.
- The result is capped at 30 normalized tokens and may omit later valid inputs after the cap.
- Users should check each candidate against the actual video and separately review current platform trends where relevant.
- Inputs are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded or saved.
